Taking the time to teach them how and why they are performing the job at hand is crucial. The McLea's Tire and Automotive Story
A one of a kind, customer focused, family business, McLea's Tire and Automotive started in 1979 when founder Bill McLea started the first location. As the decades passed along, the company grew to more locations with Bill's sons, Les and Rick. And from there, Les and Rick's children joined the business. The McLea Family created a company culture that was truly unmatched across all five retail locations and two commercial locations. A culture where family values existed in the shop on a daily basis. Is that really possible? Yes it is! And the McLea Family had it figured out. Eventually, McLea's Tire and Automotive successfully sold the company to AAA where the large majority of McLea's employees still work today, carrying on the tradition of doing it right and doing it safe before all else.
